It was very good food, especially for the price point. Very good service and generally enjoyable environment. (Order the dumplings if you are into that kind of deliciousness)

This place will satisfy your craving for Chinese food with satisfaction. The quality is reasonable, but not special. They have an available buffet in the evening. Prices are reasonable compared to the local competition, if not slightly lower.

The chinese food was not very good

I tried to work for them for a week. I have never in my life been so abused and under trained in my LIFE. I seen alot of weird policy and would love to tell you more hmu

Service was fine. However, the food was POOR QUALITY epecially for the price. Nothing healthy and the bathrooms looked like they had NEVER been cleaned. The owners have zero respect towards staff and I witnessed abuse towards them on my visit. When I gave the waitress a good tip I was told they tip out 10% to the owners. The same waitress was very kind and upon mistakenly dropping a plate was yelled at by the owner. I was taken aback as to why she would showcase herself and her business this way. The waitresses do all the bills by hand. I had white out on my bill. AVOID THIS PLACE and go to PARADISE

Just left the Hong Kong restaurant and it’s disgusting like i cant even tell how worst it was.I mean u guys need to shut the doors of restaurant. How rudely the chef talk to us i wonder r they expecting any business or not.We mentioned our food that it should not have any meat but they just want to ruin our day nd put meat in it. After the food, they put the item in the bill although we had not have the food nd it turns out to a argument. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Best Chinese food in Taber!

First timer coming here. We came right when they opened. Coffee wasn't made yet but it wasn't long before it was ready. I drink my coffee black but today I needed half and cream and half a sugar pack per cup. Within a few minutes there was about 5 or 6 tables with groups so that was a good sign. I ordered the special, ginger chicken, beef broccoli, fried rice and wonton soup. Each had good flavour. The ginger chicken was a bit on the sweet side so it paired nicely with the beef broccoli and rice. I prefer things a bit spicier but it did have enjoyable zest. The wonton soup had good flavour, the broth was a little oily, though I've noticed this with a few places with wonton soup now. Everything came served piping hot and fresh. I finished every last drop and cleaned my plate. It will be worth a another visit.

Asked around town where the best Chinese food in town was and I was pointed in the direction of HK restaurant. They did not disappoint. Food and service was great, price point was good. Will be back.

Good food, enjoy the Friday night buffet

I'm not trying to bash the business but I can't candy-coat it either. First, the server wasn't very fluent in English at all. She's Chinese in a Chinese restaurant, so I won't hold that against her. The ice water was room temp, the egg roll had virtually nothing in it and the batter wasn't cooked all the way through. They should either change suppliers or change recipes for that one. The main course was just terrible. It was cashew chicken, broccoli beef, ginger beef and chicken fried rice. There was a lot of things wrong with it and I'll just leave it at that. When I went to pay for the meal, the server asked how the meal was, and when I said, "Not that good", she said Thank you, so obviously she didn't understand me. The final kicker is that the credit card payment forced me to leave a tip, which I didn't want to. I've never seen that before in my life. Since there was a language barrier, I paid the minimum and left, really disappointed.

Food is top quality. Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had, especially now that the original owners are back. Try it! You won't be disappointed!!
